QTY: Current Amount of parts planned to be created from job
Materials Ordered: The amount of materials that have been established based on the QTY needed
Part Prep: Existing part is being prepared as in sanding, repairing damage and re-coating to be ready for mold creation off part
Mold Creation: Creating the mold off the part
Mold Refine/Conditioning: Once mold is completed needs to be cleaned and wet sanded and inspected for errors and Post Cured in Oven before Carbon Fiber can be laid into the mold
CF Part Manufacturing: Final Stage before the True beauty comes to light, Laying Carbon Fiber into the mold, once this step is complete and goes through the Curing Process, the part will be de-molded and inspected for final approval
There are other Steps to process between all of these for example, cutting out all the carbon fiber before it can be laid into the mold, if parts need to be painted it needs time to cure before it can go onto the next step, prepping the part for the mold needs flanges created. Timeline of each section will be added at a later date to help you see how far a part is out before your part is completed or before we focus on the next part.
The top of the list below is the part that gets 100% focus, in between down times for drying times or waiting for epoxy to cure for molds, or cure schedule for Carbon Fiber work will be started on other parts down the list in the order they were received
If someone wants to add to an order of a Job that is already listed they would need to contact us to make sure we get materials, otherwise it will go to the bottom of the list, if its a part we already have a mold for then that job would be started in between other jobs when time is available
